COVID 19 Response
Mosaic Therapy has and always will be dedicated to the health and safety of our patients, providers, and support staff. With the growing concern over the COVID-19 virus and its effect on our daily lives, we wanted to let you know that Mosaic Therapy is staying up to date with all the latest information provided by the CDC and taking all appropriate actions. As we are guided by our accrediting body CARF and other regulatory entities; we have implemented new protocols and policy changes that assist us to providing the best response to continue to be able to be of service to our patients and community.
Our response is to keep everyone safe: our patients, staff and community while we continue provide access to behavioral health services in an environment that is healthy for all in our current situation. Your safety is our priority. We have always made great effort to maintain clean and safe environment for our patients and staff. We will continue to do our daily routine and modify as recommended by the CDC and other regulatory agencies.
We understand that this is a stressful and anxious time for everyone. We will continue provide services to our patients and community. However we are making some changes on how we operate. To reduce risk to exposure we have implemented the following:
- We will be open for regular business hours and some of our locations will by appointment only. We will also have limited administrative support.
- In order to be of service in the most efficient way we will provide teletherapy for all patients. We are limiting the use of the office for those who do not have this as an option.
- To reduce risk to exposure as well as encourage physical (social) distancing. We will limit the use of our waiting room and ask that you either wait in the foyer or in your car until your appointment time. We ask that you please check in the office, call or text us so that we know you have arrived.
- Due to crisis and the state of the nation, we ask that you follow us on instagram or facebook to get updates about our office so that you may be provided the most current information. This is the easiest and quickest way for us to communicate any changes to you.
We will continue to monitor and assess this evolving situation and appropriately respond based on guidance issued by public health authorities and other known information from credible resources. Please call our office if you are needing more information.
Kindest Regards,
Executive Director
