What We Do

Our Services

At Mosaic Therapy, we are an outpatient mental health clinic that provides a multitude of behavioral health services from complex psychological issues to life concerns. We provide behavioral health services to all ages. We specialize in highly effective confidential treatment for a wide range of behavioral health challenges. We provided outpatient behavioral health services that uses evidenced based treatment modalities in various therapeutic settings: individual, couples, family or group.

Psychiatric Evaluation

Psychiatrist or Nurse Practitioner administers a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. Comprehensive psychiatric evaluations are designed to collect the information needed to accurately diagnose a mental health problem, whether it’s an emotional, behavioral, or developmental disorder. The diagnosis and information are then used to design a treatment plan and define the mental health services needed to deal with the challenges. After a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, the next step is to define a treatment plan.

Medication Management

Our psychiatrist or Nurse Practitioner will assess your symptoms and help to determine what medication would be a good option in the treatment of your mental health concerns. Every person’s treatment and needs will be tailored to their needs and life goals. Based on this assessment, a diagnosis is made, and a treatment plan is designed with the patient at the clinic. If it is in the patient’s best interests, medications will be discussed and education will be provided on the actions, uses, and side effects of the suggested medication options. When the patient agrees on a medication and treatment option, the medication is prescribed for a trial period to observe the effectiveness. This is the “medication management,” aspect of psychiatric care. We monitor the effectiveness of medication over a course of time to determine if the treatment meets the patient’s goals.
